St. Luke's Episcopal Medical Ministry is a mobile medical ministry of the 8 Episcopal churches of Northwest Louisiana. Using our medical RV, we provide free preventive health screenings, basic health services, health education, and medical referrals on a regular basis to the underserved in the rural and urban Louisiana communities of Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Desoto, and Claiborne parishes.

St. Luke's Episcopal Medical Ministry is participating in May 3rd Give for Good Campaign!

Give for Good is a 24-hour online giving challenge led by The Community Foundation of North Louisiana to raise unrestricted dollars for the nonprofits in our community. May 3, 2016 will be a day of giving to celebrate these nonprofits and a chance to raise thousands of dollars to make Northwest Louisiana communities even better.

Give For Good dollars that St. Luke's Episcopal Medical Ministry receives will be used to provide direct patient services, such as purchasing needed medications, transportation for medical appointments, eye glasses and other one time support needs. Funds will also be used to provide direct case management to clients, assisting with referrals, appointments and obtaining health care coverage when possible.

On May 3, please come back here and you'll be able to participate in this special fundraising event!

We've been offering medical services since the end of 2008, and continue to grow in the number of Louisiana communities we serve and services we provide. In 2012 our client visits increased by 86% over 2011; we served people on 1454 visits in 2012 versus 782 visits the previous year.

You're invited to learn more about us, and see our locations and calendar. We look forward to hearing from you, whether you would like to visit our medical van, or if you'd like to offer your services, equipment or money to help us improve health care in Northwest Louisiana.

St. Luke's Episcopal Medical Ministry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
